1

Write your list

Type anything you need, from any shop on the island. No prices to guess at.

2

Sort out the shop's money

Pay the shop yourself by card, online or by phone — or hand the driver your money to shop with.

3

Pay the driver on delivery

Their fee is settled only once your items are at your door. Never before.

Nothing is charged in this app. Money moves between you, the shop and your driver — never through this page. Your driver never spends their own money, and is paid only after your items reach you.
The receipt rule — please read
  • ▸Your driver must hand you a receipt for every single item bought on your behalf. No receipt, no payment — you are never expected to pay for anything that can't be shown on a printed slip.
  • ▸Keep every receipt clean, dry and undamaged. Drivers: don't fold, crumple, wet or write over them. Customers: hold on to yours until you're happy with the order.
  • ▸Check the receipt totals against the cash you hand over before the driver leaves.
  • ▸If anything is missing, damaged or doesn't add up, call dispatch on (242) 817-9293 the same day with the receipts in hand, or file a complaint here.
  • ▸Keep your 8-character ticket code. It's how we trace which driver ran your order and every item they bought.

If a car can carry it, we can bring it

Groceries, hot food, drinks, hardware, pharmacy pickups, plants, feed — from any business in George Town or the settlements. Write it however you'd say it out loud.

We don't show prices because we don't set them — the shop does. Your driver pays whatever the store charges on the day and hands you the receipt for it.

Why you can order with confidence

We're a local Exuma service run by people you can call and talk to. Here is exactly how your money is handled, what your driver owes you, and what to do if something isn't right.

A receipt for every dollar

Every item your driver buys for you comes back with the store's own printed receipt. You see exactly what was paid, and where, before you hand over a cent.

No card details, ever

This page never asks for a card number and never takes a payment. You pay the shop yourself, or you hand your driver the money to shop with. There is nothing here for anyone to steal.

Paid only on delivery

The fee is a flat $40.00 minimum, shown before you send your order. Your driver is paid after your items are in your hands — never up front, and never out of their own pocket.

A real person answers

Dispatch is a Bahamian number you can ring any day between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm. If something goes wrong you talk to a human, not a chatbot in another country.

Named drivers only

Your driver calls you before they set out, and again when they're close. You'll know their name and number before they reach your gate.

You both prove who you are

Every order gets an 8-character password. Your driver calls, asks for you by name, then reads you the first 5 numbers. You read back the 3 letters. Nobody can pretend to be your driver, and nobody can pretend to be you.

We live here too

George Town, Hoopers Bay, Rolleville, Barraterre, Forest. This is our island. Our name is on this and we intend to keep it clean.

🧾 Receipts — how it works

The same rules apply to both sides of the handover

If you're the customer

  1. Ask for every receipt the moment the driver arrives, before any money changes hands.
  2. Count the slips against your list. One shop, one receipt — a driver who visited three shops owes you three receipts.
  3. Add up the totals. If you gave the driver cash to shop with, the receipts plus your change must equal exactly what you handed over. The $40 fee and any tip are separate.
  4. Keep the receipts somewhere flat and dry. Don't stuff them in a pocket — you may need them if an item is wrong.
  5. Any dispute, call dispatch the same day with the receipts in front of you. Without them there is very little anyone can do.

If you're the driver

  1. Take a receipt at every till. No exceptions, even for one small item.
  2. Keep them flat and dry in a folder or envelope — not in your pocket, not on the dash in the sun, not under a cold drink.
  3. Never write on, fold over or tear a receipt. A damaged slip is a dispute waiting to happen.
  4. Hand every original receipt to the customer at the door, before you collect payment.
  5. Photograph the receipts before you hand them over on a large order. That's your own record.
No receipt means no charge. A customer is never expected to pay for an item that can't be shown on a store receipt.
Have your money ready Count it out before the driver pulls up, so nobody is standing at your door counting cash.
Meet in the open A porch, a gate, a yard. Drivers are told never to enter a customer's home.
Check hot food at the door Open the container and look before the driver leaves, not after.
Your details stay private Your name, number and location go to dispatch and your driver only. Nobody else sees them.
What if the store is out of something on my list?
Your driver calls you from the shop before buying anything different. You decide — swap it, skip it, or try another store. Nothing gets bought without your say-so, and the receipt will show whatever was actually purchased.
How do I know what the driver actually spent?
The shop's own receipt. That's the whole point of the receipt rule — you're not taking anyone's word for a number. If you gave the driver cash to shop with, the receipts and your change come back to you together, and they should add up to exactly what you handed over.
What if an item arrives damaged or wrong?
Call dispatch on (242) 817-9293 the same day with the receipt in hand. We'll work it out with you and the store. This is exactly why receipts matter, and why they need to come back to you undamaged.
Why is the delivery fee $40?
Exuma is long and the settlements are spread out. A run to Rolleville or Barraterre is real fuel and real time on the road. The fee is flat and shown on your ticket before you send it, so you always know it before you commit.
Is my card charged on this page?
No. This page takes no payment of any kind and never asks for card details. You either pay the shop yourself — online, or by card over the phone — or you hand your driver your own money to shop with. The driver's fee is separate, and it's paid after your items arrive.
Does the driver pay for my items out of their own pocket?
Never. A driver is a courier, not a lender. Either you've already paid the shop yourself, or you've handed the driver your own money to shop with. Their $40 fee is the only money that goes to them, and it's paid once your items are at your door.
How do I get my money to the driver if they're shopping for me?
Your driver calls you before they set out. Sort it out on that call — most people meet the driver first and hand over cash, or send a bank transfer before the driver goes into the shop. Whatever you send, the receipts and your change come back to you at the door.
Can I cancel after I send the ticket?
Call dispatch straight away. If nothing has been bought yet, no problem at all. Once your money has been spent at the shop, the receipts are already yours and so are the items.

🗣️ Make a complaint

Something went wrong? Tell us here. Give us your ticket code and we can pull up exactly who drove for you and everything they bought.

5 numbers then 3 letters. It's on your order confirmation. Dashes and spaces are fine.

🧾 Hold on to your receipts. Don't throw anything away until this is settled — they're the record of what was actually paid at the store, and they're what we'll check against. Photograph them now if you can.

We've got it

Your complaint is logged against your ticket code. We can see which driver took that run and every item on the list.

Someone will call the number you gave. Keep your receipts until then.
