Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 21, 2026

LOL242.com (“LOL242”, “we”, “us”) is owned by PayDat LLC and was founded by Michael Elijah Muhammad Clare. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit lol242.com, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect

• Comments: the comment text and the name you enter. Comments are public once approved.
• Reactions, views and shares: we count these for each post. To count each visitor only once, we use an anonymous identifier stored in a cookie or a hashed (scrambled) version of your IP address. We do not use these to identify you personally.
• Visitor statistics: we keep visitor numbers grouped by region. These totals are shown on our public Site Visitors page and never identify any individual.
• Server logs: like most websites, our hosting records basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date of the visit. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them to remember your reactions, to count visits, and to keep the site working. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some features, such as reactions, may not work correctly.

Google Analytics and Google AdSense

We use Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit) to understand how visitors use the site, and Google AdSense to show advertising.

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website and other websites.
• Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
• You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings at https://www.google.com/settings/ads. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising at https://www.aboutads.info.

Security services

We use Cloudflare and Wordfence to protect the site. These services process IP addresses and request information to detect and block attacks, spam and abuse.

Social sharing

Our share buttons (AddToAny) and links to Facebook let you share stories. When you use them, those services may set their own cookies and collect information under their own privacy policies.

Children

LOL242 is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will remove it.

How long we keep information

Comments stay on the site until they are removed by us or at your request. Reaction, view and share counts and regional visitor totals are kept as running totals. Server and security logs are kept only as long as needed for security and site operation, and are then deleted.

Your rights and choices

You can ask us to remove or correct a comment you posted, or any personal information about you on the site. To make a request, leave a comment on the site or send a message to the Bahama Drama Facebook Page. Tell us what you would like removed or corrected and where it appears. We will respond as promptly as we can.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
