These are indeed an interesting group of people, no lies…
There has been a sustained and deliberate pattern of opposition directed toward me by a specific adversary, including calculated attempts to place me in harm’s path, even as recently as last night. Yet each time, I have been preserved. This has not been coincidence, nor chance. It has been restraint placed on what was meant for harm.
Let it be known that nothing done against me has gone unseen. Every step taken, every intention formed, and every action set in motion is fully accounted for. There is no hiding behind distance, intermediaries, or silence. What is sent out in darkness is eventually brought into the light, and judgment does not require my hand to arrive.
I remain standing, not by my own strength, but because there is a boundary that has not been granted permission to be crossed.
Over me, God angels will kill even a Warlock like you, no lies.
If you’re dealing with relationship problems, go to the gym. Seriously, work it off. Become a gym rat if you have to. The gym has a way of pulling your focus completely off another person.
Train like you’re losing your flipping head in this got damn place.
Lift, sweat, grind. Before you know it, that person’s importance in your life starts fading like a black uniform work shirt that you’ve washed to many times, and usually in less than two months.
And every time the pain tries to creep back in work out even harder. Hit that treadmill like it is the problem in your life. Run that shit until it breaks… or you do!
The gym has a funny way of helping you get over anybody, including your bills 😂
This works because pain needs somewhere to go. If you don’t give it a healthy outlet, it turns inward. The gym gives it direction, discipline, and eventually confidence. You don’t just “get over” someone; you outgrow them.
It’s often said that time is actually the best healer for a broken heart, but the gym is much faster than waiting on time…
It Is Under 90 Seconds to Midnight, Here’s What That Really Means
By: Michael Elijah Muhammad Clare
Right now, the world is sitting at about 85 seconds to midnight on something called the Doomsday Clock. That number isn’t random, and it isn’t clickbait. It is the closest humanity has ever been to what experts describe as global catastrophe.
Most people in the Bahamas and honestly most people anywhere have never heard of the Doomsday Clock, or they’ve heard the name but don’t know what it actually means. So let’s break it down plainly, without fear-mongering, and without political noise.
What is the Doomsday Clock?
The Doomsday Clock is a symbolic clock that represents how close the world is to a man-made global disaster. Midnight doesn’t mean a literal clock striking twelve, it represents a point where human actions trigger events that could end civilization as we know it.
The closer the hands move to midnight, the worse the global situation is considered to be.
Think of it like a thermometer for the planet’s danger level not just war, but everything that could spiral out of control if humans miscalculate.
Who created it and why?
The clock was created in 1947, right after World War II, by scientists who helped build the first nuclear weapons during the Manhattan Project. These were not activists or politicians, they were physicists who understood exactly what humanity had just unleashed.
Their thinking was simple:
> “If we don’t warn the public about how dangerous this power is, someone eventually will use it wrong.”
The clock is maintained today by the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists, with guidance from experts in nuclear weapons, climate science, biotechnology, cyber security, and artificial intelligence.
How does the clock move?
The clock doesn’t move every year, and it doesn’t move for headlines. It changes only when experts believe the risk of global disaster has meaningfully increased or decreased.
Factors that affect the clock include:
* Nuclear weapons and military tensions
* Climate change and environmental collapse
* Pandemics and biological threats
* Artificial intelligence used without safeguards
* Cyberattacks on critical systems
* Breakdown of global cooperation
When risks stack on top of each other, the clock moves closer to midnight.
Where has the clock been before?
* 1947: 7 minutes to midnight (first setting)
* 1962 (Cuban Missile Crisis): 2 minutes to midnight
* 1991 (end of Cold War): 17 minutes to midnight (the safest point ever)
* 2020–2024: 100 seconds to midnight
* 2026: About 85 seconds to midnight the closest in history
That means experts believe the world is in more danger now than during the Cold War, even more than when the U.S. and Soviet Union were openly threatening nuclear war.
Why is it so close right now?
Because multiple dangers are happening at the same time:
* Nuclear powers are threatening and posturing again
* Treaties that once limited weapons are collapsing
* Climate stress is destabilizing countries
* Artificial intelligence is being rushed into military and surveillance systems
* Decision-making is getting faster, but wisdom isn’t keeping up
The biggest fear is not intentional destruction, it’s mistakes. A misread radar signal. A cyberattack mistaken for a launch. An AI system escalating faster than humans can stop it.
Why should Bahamians care?
Because global disasters don’t stay “over there.”
Small island nations feel the consequences first:
* Economic shocks
* Climate disasters
* Food and fuel shortages
* Tourism collapse
* Refugee movements
* Global instability that reaches even peaceful places
You don’t need to be a nuclear power to be affected by nuclear decisions.
What the clock is NOT saying
The Doomsday Clock is not saying the world will end tomorrow.
It is saying the margin for error is shrinking.
It is a warning, not a prophecy.
Warnings only matter if people pay attention.
Why paying attention matters
Every time in history the clock moved back, it happened because:
* Leaders chose cooperation over ego
* Weapons were reduced, not expanded
* Science was listened to, not ignored
* The public demanded accountability
Silence and ignorance have never moved the clock away from midnight.

What It Is and Why We’re Watching It Closely in The Bahamas
There’s a lot of talk online and in the region about what some are calling a new “super flu” circulating in Florida, and rumors that it’s already reached parts of the Bahamas. Bahama Drama has taken a deep dive into the facts so you can know exactly what’s happening, what’s real, and what’s still uncertain.
Let’s break it down clearly so you can stay informed, protected, and ahead of the misinformation.
What’s the Flu Situation in Florida Right Now?
Florida is currently experiencing very high influenza activity this winter season. Health surveillance data from national sources show that flu cases have surged earlier and harder than usual, with Florida among the states reporting the most intense spread.
This surge is mostly due to a dominant strain of influenza A called H3N2, which has been adapting and mutating, making it spread more easily and cause more sickness than typical seasonal flu viruses. Some media and public chatter have even nicknamed it a “super flu” because of how widespread and intense the cases have been.
Important to know:
* It’s not a brand new flu virus, it’s a known type of seasonal influenza that’s simply acting more aggressively this year.
* The flu vaccines available still help protect against serious outcomes, even if they don’t always prevent mild infections.
How the Flu Is Adapting
The H3N2 virus this season is adapting, and here’s what that means for anyone exposed:
1. Mutations: The virus has genetic changes that allow it to infect more people and sometimes cause more severe symptoms.
2. Vaccine Impact: Vaccines still protect against severe illness and hospitalization, but mild infections may still occur because the virus has changed.
3. Faster Spread: Adapted viruses move quickly through communities because people’s immunity doesn’t fully recognize them.
4. Regional Risk: With Florida seeing such high activity, the virus could reach nearby areas, including the Bahamas, through travelers or community exposure.
Symptoms to Watch For
Seasonal flu, especially an adapting strain, can cause:
* Sudden fever (often 101°F–104°F)
* Severe fatigue and body aches
* Cough, sore throat, runny nose
* Headache
* Sometimes nausea and diarrhea (more common in children)
If symptoms get severe, trouble breathing, confusion, persistent high fever, seek medical care immediately.
Practical Steps to Stay Healthy
✅ Get vaccinated if you can
✅ Wash hands often with soap and warm water
✅ Cover coughs and sneezes
✅ Stay home when you’re sick
✅ FACE MASK N95 or surgical masks 😷
✅ Avoid close contact with others if you’re symptomatic
These measures help protect you, your family, and your community and Bahama Drama always wants you rooted in what works.
Why Bahama Drama Is Sharing This and Why You Can Trust It
We’re not here to spread fear or hype. We’re here to bring clear, factual information that matters. You deserve facts, not panic. It most likely this adapting flu has already reached the Bahamas and cases have creased locally, but labeled a default flu strand.

After days of public concern, witness accounts, and growing discussion among Bahamians, official institutions have finally responded to reports of a serious flu circulating in the country. But let us be clear: a response does not equal transparency, and what was issued was not clarity, it was damage control.
When institutions wait until public pressure mounts before speaking, that delay matters. In public health, timing is everything. Early warnings save lives. Late statements manage narratives.
The official response relied on several familiar tools that Bahamians should learn to recognize.
First, language minimization. Phrases such as “no significant surge,” “seasonal,” and “manageable” are not data, they are framing devices. They downplay severity without providing concrete numbers. No hospital-level statistics. No timelines. No comparisons to previous flu seasons. Just reassurance without evidence.
Second, selective acknowledgment. Authorities did not deny that influenza is present. They did not deny hospitalizations. They did not deny complications. Instead, they narrowly addressed only the most alarming claims, carefully avoiding the broader concern: why people are seeing more severe outcomes and why this information was not proactively shared.
Third, reactive communication. The statement did not come before public concern, it came after it. That is not leadership. That is response management. Institutions spoke only once the conversation could no longer be ignored.
Fourth, absence of transparency tools. No public briefing. No press conference. No independent verification. No release of anonymized hospital data. No guidance explaining risk levels for vulnerable populations.
Transparency is not a paragraph, it is a process.
Fifth, media amplification without interrogation. Local media repeated official reassurances without challenging the gaps. No follow-up questions. No investigative digging. No interviews with frontline medical staff. No demand for numbers. This is not journalism, it is message relaying.
This is how information control works in modern times. Not through outright lies, but through containment. Say just enough to calm the surface. Provide no depth. Let the moment pass.
But the public is not confused. Bahamians are not imagining what they are witnessing. People know when something feels off. They know when hospitals feel strained. They know when illnesses are hitting harder than usual. Community testimony does not disappear simply because it makes institutions uncomfortable.
This was never about panic. It was about preparedness. It was about respect. It was about treating the public as adults capable of understanding risk when given honest information.
A delayed statement cannot erase days of silence.
Reassurance without data cannot replace trust.
And dismissing public concern only deepens suspicion.
True transparency would have looked very different.
The public still deserves clarity.
The public still deserves facts.
And the public still deserves honesty.
Anything less is not reassurance, it is narrative control.
So wear your medical face mask 😷 because apparently you’re on your own in this country!
