One Month Today — Bahama Drama Remembers Charlie Kirk
One month today, and Bahama Drama will never forget you, Charlie Kirk.
Charlie was a friend to all, even to those who despised his views. He was real, unfiltered, and fearless in giving everyone a platform to speak, even when they stood against him.
And for that courage, he was silenced, murdered in cold blood in America.
Bahama Drama will always remember this tragedy and the painful question it forces us to ask:
How can a decent American man, in the year 2025, still lose his life simply for expressing his beliefs in public?
Rest in peace, Charlie. Your voice may be gone, but your message lives on, louder than ever.
And to every voice still standing strong, Candace Owens, and all those who refuse to bow, stay alert, stay brave, and never stop speaking truth to power.
The Bible 10 Commandments remind us:
“Thou shalt not kill.”
“Thou shalt not despise thy brother.”

🇺🇸 Trump Administration Strikes Back — 100% Tariff on China Announced Amid Growing Global Tensions
In a dramatic escalation of the ongoing U.S.–China trade standoff, U.S. President Donald J. Trump has declared plans to impose a new 100% tariff on all Chinese imports, doubling existing rates and setting the stage for what could become the fiercest economic confrontation in decades.
According to reports from CNN, Trump stated the move was necessary to counter what he called “unfair trade practices and systematic overreach” by the Chinese government, a direct challenge to Beijing’s expanding global influence.
This announcement marks a critical turning point in U.S.–China relations, one that could send shockwaves through the global economy. Analysts are already warning of potential ripple effects, from rising manufacturing costs to further supply chain disruptions, especially in nations that depend heavily on Chinese imports, financing, or infrastructure.
Inside Trump’s circle, however, the message is one of resolve, not retreat. The Administration’s stance is clear: the era of China’s unchecked economic leverage is over. The new tariffs are being portrayed as a necessary show of strength, a reminder that the U.S. still holds the world’s most powerful economic cards.

🇧🇸 Bahamian Impact: When Giants Clash, Small Nations Tremble
Here in The Bahamas, the effects of a full-blown trade war between the world’s two largest economies could be felt sooner than expected. Chinese-backed projects have quietly become a part of the Bahamian economic landscape, from major resort developments to infrastructure financing and technology ventures.
If the trade war deepens, Chinese companies may slow their overseas investments, scale back ongoing projects, or shift strategies to protect their interests. That could mean delays, renegotiations, or reduced funding for local developments that rely on Chinese capital.
At the same time, a more assertive U.S. stance could open doors for new American and Western investors looking to counterbalance Beijing’s influence in the region. Washington has already hinted at renewed interest in Caribbean partnerships, signaling that The Bahamas may soon find itself in the middle of a global tug-of-war for influence and opportunity.
For Bahamian policymakers, this is more than a foreign headline, it’s a strategic crossroads.
The question now is simple: Will The Bahamas align closer with Washington’s renewed dominance, or continue walking the fine line between two superpowers?

Bahama Drama Official Statement on Standardized Political Advertising Rates
Setting a Fair Standard for All Facebook Pages
Bahama Drama believes in fairness, transparency, and consistency across the social media advertising space, especially during election seasons.
As a leading independent news and commentary platform, we are taking the first step toward creating a standardized rate for political advertisements across all Facebook pages and online platforms.
Effective immediately, Bahama Drama recognizes and supports $1.45 USD per page follower as the fair and standard minimum rate for political advertisements.
This rate serves as a benchmark, ensuring that all page owners, large or small, are properly compensated for the value of their reach, audience trust, and engagement.
We encourage other Facebook pages, content creators, and digital media outlets to adopt this same standard, so that political advertisers across The Bahamas and beyond engage with the public on equal, ethical, and transparent terms.
Bahama Drama will continue to:
Remain 100% neutral and non-partisan in all political matters.
Accept paid political ads from all parties, candidates, and organizations that meet our publication standards.
Keep advertiser identities confidential.
> “This content is a paid political advertisement. The views and opinions expressed are solely those of the advertiser and do not represent Bahama Drama or its affiliates.”
Together, we can raise the standard, one post at a time.
Good morning Bahama Drama please keep me anonymous. I’m calling for the government of the Bahamas to pay more attention to what’s been going on for years with these poorly monitored cemeteries around the Bahamas.
Body parts and decaying bodies are always popping up in them, when they should be in the earth.
This is a huge problem because I live right across the street from one.
TO THE STARS AND BEYOND: THE BAHAMAS JOINS THE SPACE AGE WITH SPACEX PARTNERSHIP
By Eric Dean | Bahama Drama Exclusive
The Bahamas is officially setting its sights higher than ever before, all the way to the stars.
In a move that is sending shockwaves of excitement across the islands, SpaceX and The Government of The Bahamas have taken bold steps toward building a new era of collaboration, one that could transform our nation’s economy, education, and global profile forever.
This is not just about rockets, it is about redefining what is possible for a small island nation standing tall among giants.

A HISTORIC LEAP FOR THE ISLANDS
SpaceX, the pioneering aerospace company founded by Elon Musk, has launched mission after mission this year, from satellite deployments to crewed flights, proving that humanity’s next chapter lies beyond Earth’s atmosphere.
Now, The Bahamas finds itself uniquely positioned to be part of that story. With our close proximity to Florida’s launch corridors and our world-renowned tourism infrastructure, The Bahamas could soon become the Caribbean’s gateway to the new frontier of space exploration and tourism.
This partnership symbolizes more than technology, it symbolizes vision.
And for that, Bahama Drama congratulates the Government of The Bahamas for its courage, foresight, and willingness to embrace the future.
This move, bold, strategic, and innovative, will push our tourism industry to the stars and beyond.

FROM PARADISE TO ORBIT
Imagine this: space tourists touch down at Cape Canaveral for their suborbital flight, experience zero gravity, then land back on Earth and continue their journey just a few hours away, on the golden beaches of Nassau, Exuma, or Eleuthera.
It may sound futuristic, but the future is already unfolding. Space tourism is booming, and The Bahamas is perfectly positioned to become the post-orbit recovery paradise of the Western Hemisphere.
Industry experts predict that luxury resorts, eco-retreats, and wellness centers could soon start offering “Space Rest Packages,” exclusive island getaways designed for travelers returning from suborbital or orbital experiences.
That means more jobs, more visibility, and more opportunities for Bahamian citizens and entrepreneurs across the Family Islands.
—
BOOST FOR SMALL BUSINESSES AND PROPERTY VALUES
The effects could ripple across every island.
With Starlink Internet service expanding throughout The Bahamas, even the most remote settlements are getting connected to high-speed global networks. This leap in connectivity means small business owners, from fishermen and farmers to boutique hotel operators, can reach global audiences, process online bookings, and manage logistics without barriers.
As the aerospace and tourism sectors converge, property values on the Family Islands could climb steadily. Land that once felt far from the economic center may soon be in high demand from tech investors, tourism developers, and entrepreneurs seeking to capitalize on the country’s growing role in global connectivity and innovation.

IGNITING YOUNG MINDS
Across classrooms in Nassau, Grand Bahama, and Abaco, teachers are already using SpaceX launches to ignite curiosity among Bahamian students.
From science clubs studying rocket propulsion to robotics teams inspired by reusable launch systems, the ripple effect is clear: our students are seeing science and innovation as pathways to their future, not just stories from foreign lands.
As one science teacher told Bahama Drama:
> “Our children are beginning to see themselves not just as islanders, but as citizens of the universe.”

A NATION LOOKING UP
For centuries, Bahamians have looked to the sea for opportunity. Now, we are looking up, toward the stars.
The Government’s bold step in embracing SpaceX marks the beginning of a new chapter, one where innovation, sustainability, and national pride intersect.
It is proof that even a small island nation can dream big and play a major role on the global stage.
So tonight, as SpaceX rockets blaze across the night sky, remember this: The Bahamas is no longer just a paradise on Earth. We are part of the journey to the stars.

Bahama Drama Editorial Note, A Call for Transparency Before Takeoff
As The Bahamas steps boldly into a new age of innovation and global partnerships, there remains a sobering reality that cannot be ignored.
For decades, successive governments, both past and present, have too often turned national opportunity into private advantage, leaving ordinary Bahamians on the outside looking in. Whether through foreign investments, high-stakes developments, or cryptocurrency ventures, the pattern has been painfully familiar: insiders benefit while citizens are told to wait for prosperity that rarely arrives.
The most glaring recent example was the FTX collapse, a global scandal that placed The Bahamas at the center of the world’s financial spotlight. For a moment, it appeared that the nation might emerge as a new fintech leader. Instead, it became clear that only a privileged few, well-connected political figures and members of the inner circle, stood close enough to benefit before the empire crumbled. Bahamian citizens were left not with wealth, but with questions, reputational fallout, and no transparency.
And that remains the heart of the problem: the absence of full, enforceable Freedom of Information.
Without a robust and functioning Freedom of Information Act, comparable to the legislation in the United States or other modern democracies, the Bahamian people remain in the dark about how their government operates, negotiates, and allocates resources. In such an environment, even gold could fall from the sky, and the people might never see a flake of it.
If The Bahamas is to rise alongside rockets and innovation, then transparency must come first. The nation cannot celebrate a new partnership, no matter how exciting, if its citizens remain excluded from knowing how those partnerships work and who truly benefits.
Bahama Drama believes that the Freedom of Information Act must be fully enacted, strengthened, and enforced before The Bahamas can claim to be truly prepared for the next frontier.
Only when Bahamians can freely see, question, and understand the workings of their government can the promise of SpaceX, or any global opportunity, become more than spectacle. It can become shared progress.
Until that day, Bahamians should look to the skies with hope, but keep their eyes firmly on the ground, where accountability must begin.
