Bahama Drama Official Statement on Standardized Political Advertising Rates
Setting a Fair Standard for All Facebook Pages
Bahama Drama believes in fairness, transparency, and consistency across the social media advertising space, especially during election seasons.
As a leading independent news and commentary platform, we are taking the first step toward creating a standardized rate for political advertisements across all Facebook pages and online platforms.
Effective immediately, Bahama Drama recognizes and supports $1.45 USD per page follower as the fair and standard minimum rate for political advertisements.
This rate serves as a benchmark, ensuring that all page owners, large or small, are properly compensated for the value of their reach, audience trust, and engagement.
We encourage other Facebook pages, content creators, and digital media outlets to adopt this same standard, so that political advertisers across The Bahamas and beyond engage with the public on equal, ethical, and transparent terms.
