Wickedness in the workplace

Good Afternoon Bahama Drama please keep me anonymous.

Before the pandemic I would like to think I had a decent job with a good salary and everything.

I am a hard-worker and it showed to where I was promoted and all.

But you know how it is working in a place with women that be praying on your downfall.

So my colleagues at work coo up a story together to the boss and got me fired.

I tried to plead my case and was promised that there would be an investigation.

I thought I was good because I showed what evidence I had.

You wouldn’t believe my boss did not do an investigation like he said he would and I was fired anyway.

I tried to get my termination letter so I could claim NIB/ Unemployment but they refused to give it to me.

So I went to the department of labour, met with them and everything, next thing I know they started ducking me.

I got my termination letter months later and still to this day couldn’t claim nothing from NIB.

On top of that the people tell me whatever money they have for me they will keep.

You ever see such foolishness?

Since then I haven’t been able to get a job.

I started my own business, it was picking up and then things been slow for a very long time.

It’s really discouraging sometimes and it’s sad to know that instead of uplifting each other in the workplace we’re trying to destroy each other.

We don’t always understand it but everything happens for a reason.

Hopefully one day we can change the mindsets of some women today and encourage them to support and applaud other women on their way to the top.
