WHAT IF TODAY IS YOUR LAST DAY ON EARTH?

What if today is your final day? What if tonight your soul is required of you? The next breath you take is not guaranteed.

Many people made plans for tomorrow but never lived to see it. Life is fragile, and death often comes without warning.

Hebrews 9:27 says: “It is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment.”

One day, money won’t matter. Followers won’t matter. Fame won’t matter. The only question will be:

DID YOU TRULY KNOW GOD? DID YOU LIVE FOR JESUS?

God sees what nobody else sees. He sees our secret sins, our pride, lust, bitterness, unforgiveness, hypocrisy, and hidden rebellion.

Yet He still loves us.

Romans 5:8 says: “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”

Jesus didn’t die for perfect people. He died for broken people, struggling people, and sinners willing to come to Him.

If your prayer life has grown cold or you’ve drifted away from God, don’t wait.

James 4:14 reminds us: “What is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.”

Tomorrow is not promised. One unexpected moment, and eternity begins.

Repentance is not punishment—it is God’s mercy calling you back.

Acts 3:19 says: “Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out.”

No matter how far you have fallen, His mercy can still reach you.

TEACHING SUMMARY

1. Life is temporary, and tomorrow is never guaranteed. (James 4:14)

2. God sees both our public life and our private life. (Psalm 139:1–4)

3. Repentance is God’s mercy, not His rejection. (Acts 3:19)
