Good morning Bahama Drama please keep me anonymous. I’m a manager at one of the big hotels in Nassau I’m not going to say which one but I’m one of the managers for the food and beverage department.

As the manager I have the power to write my employee’s up until they are fired by HR. I usually don’t do things like that

that’s until I started dating the wife of one of my staff unknowingly. He’s been with this company for over 10 years now 3 years before I reach. And I must say he’s an excellent worker

never late and always completes his jobs.

Out of those years we’ve been good friends and always had respect for one another until his wife started working here in space cleaning and we met.

Seriously I didn’t know that it was his wife until we had been seeing each other for over 7 months now and fell in love with one other.

She never mentioned that her husband worked here but did say she was in an abusive marriage.

And that her husband was an evil man who was cheating on her and doing her wrong everytime he got the chance to.

And as for her husband that was one of my staff he never indicated to me that he was having marriage problems with his wife neither did he show me what she looked like all of these years so how was I to know who she was.

Now I know that people might say that I shouldn’t be sleeping with a married woman anyway but y’all just don’t have a clue or know how hard it is to be married to someone

that you hate now, but can’t get away from easily because not only that you live in the same house with them but a divorce would cost you everything that you’ve worked so hard for to achieve.

For example me and my wife have been married for 17 years or so and I only fuck her like once every two and 3 months sometimes longer because she can’t stand me no more and I hate her ass too.

But we do have children together that still lives with us so I have to set an example for them on family and marriage.

I have all of these things to consider.

Besides when this woman finally told me that her husband worked in my department and that I should know him it was to late because I was already sleeping with his wife.

Now I have to find a excuse every other day to write him up like I’m doing now for basically nothing at all but just to have him fired soon

because if he finds out about me and his wife all 3 of us are going to lose our job’s and I still have a mortgage to pay.

So it’s best that I get him from around this place before it’s to late and he causes a scene.

And his wife is really a sweet woman who have been putting up with this nigga shit for way to long.

She told me everything about who he really is outside of the job and that he’s just pretending to be a good person but he is really a evil man

and that I need to also watch out for him because he will try to take my position if he can

so this is even more reason to get rid of him because all of this time I never knew that I had a snake around me.

I didn’t know until I met his wife who made me fully aware of what kind of person that I was dealing with.

I mean that’s his wife she ain’t gonna just lie on her husband like that. And who else could know him better than his own wife right?

So I’m going to try to get rid of him as fast as I possibly can by our company policy and guidelines. Am I wrong y’all?
