NIB needs to do better, y’all don’t miss a week out of people pay check and when it’s time to pay back people gotta wait for years. It’s literally been over 5 years since NIB hasn’t paid my siblings their survivors benefits. Every year y’all asking for school letter over and over. My baby sister is now 17 and NIB refuses to pay the money they owe. My father worked hard for his money so the least y’all could do is give back the little $129 y’all was giving every month. It will help with something after all them years of not getting a dollar.
