How God speaks to the soul
Sometimes a message hits you in a way that makes you pause and think more deeply about life, faith, and the seasons we go through.
I’m sharing this video from Steven Smith, pastor of Ebenezer Union Baptist Church, because it speaks to something many of us wrestle with quietly, understanding what God is really teaching us through our trials, victories, losses, and growth.
Too often, we look at blessings as proof of favor and hardships as proof of failure. But Scripture shows us that the story is much deeper than that. Sometimes the very thing that feels like pressure is actually preparation. Sometimes what feels like loss is actually shaping strength.
I’m not speaking for the church, just sharing a video from a sermon that encouraged me and may encourage you too.
