He tried to rape me

Good morning Bahama Drama pease keep me anonymous but let my story be PUBLICALLY KNOWN.

I am a local home based hairstylist in Nassau and recently on August 4th around 3:00pm i endured a traumatizing experience . Bare in mind when im working at home my FRONT DOOR is always open and that day i had both FRONT AND BACK DOOR open. So boom !

I had a Male customer call me to schedule a last minute appointment, mind you i was not taking anymore people for the day because i was exhausted, but for my returning clients of atleast 3 times i would make an exception depending on the duration of service.

His service would only take me about 35 minutes so i allowed it, and as i said this isnt his first time . He assured me that he would be at my residence in 5 to 10 minutes . Fast forward, now he’s here and we greet each other. So the whole time we are not doing much talking at all as usual with him.

Now im done with his hair , its time for him to leave i have said my farewell and did my mini photoshoot as i do with all my customers. Im standing by the front door waiting for him to leave and He proceeds to ask me and i quote ” i sure you like to get your pxxsy eat after a long day” .

I replied ” what?

You need to leave.”

He then comes close to me pressing himself against my body making sexual requests and saying nasty things in my ear . Whole time he’s laughing and playing in my hair .

I told him to stop and leave and i was getting very angry. As im trying to push him away he is not budging and i looked down and noticed 1 of his pants buttons were loose!

And then he ALMOST got my front door closed because of the force he was pressing against me with. I tried again to push him off and he GRAB MY HAIR YUCKING n PULLING ME in the OPPOSITE direction towards him. Then he GRABBED MY FACE asking me” who all here , who all Fxxking here” .

I kept asking him to stop and leave . He backed off about 2 inches away and i swiftly slammed my door with force knocking him on the way out . At this point i am exhausted and left with a severe headache. He laughed again at my window! And left. He kept Calling my phone over and over .

I went to the police station,Made a report and they also took a statement. An officer called the suspect via telephone and warned him that we will no longer do business with each other. I was like ” THAT’S IT?” he talk to him as if that his boy .

The officers told me that he would be arrested and this matter will be dealt with in court after i went there a second time. His charge was suppose to be Indecent assault. I have YET to hear any update on this matter beside “THE RUN AROUND” .

I called over and over. I visited the station also. Nothing. The officers are now saying that because i have NO PROOF on CAMERA, its just my word against his and thats not enough to make a case for court. ( although an officer spoke to the suspect via telephone and he sure didnt sound like he was denying anything)

My question to you , the public, and to the officers at the Carmichael road police station : if that man raped me in my home and i didnt have any video proof or any witnesses then what would be the outcome ? I did not know his real name but i gave them photos and telephone contact and EXACT SURE LOCATION of where this man can be found DAILY. They did NOTHING.

That man’s actions is Screaming rape vibes.

That man assaulted me in My home . My place of comfort. My home based business. My frontroom that i work in everyday . My doorknob that i touch, that gives me flashbacks . My potential male clients who i am skeptical of due to trauma and cant allow them to book with me. These is his pictures here. His full name is Timothy Francis Joseph beware of him ladies.
