Seven at Seventy

As promised I had my photo shoot and I have seven great photos of myself at 70 in a bathing suit!

I’ve decided along with my friend Michael Collier to post one image every day until Monday my actual birthday December 7,!

I hope you enjoy them I had an awesome shoot with @dinomosleyphotography and my girl @shonicelove Thankyou for fixing my face, I love you both❤️❤️.

I’m so blessed to have all of you to keep me motivated to appreciate the gift of life and movement!!

SEVEN AT SEVENTY!

I have so much to be grateful for I am healthier now than I was when I was thirty and my lifestyle is conducive to maintaining health!

My heart is filled with love and appreciation for LIFE ALL LIFE!

And If these post have affected you in a positive motivated way to practice the art of SELF CARE I’m overjoyed!

Thankyou to each and every one of you for being so wonderful and making my day great! Bahama Drama.
