Good afternoon, consumers. Our technicians have advised that a vehicular accident snapped two power poles near the Ferry Bridge, resulting in the loss of power from the Ferry Bridge to Williams Town.
No restoration window is available at this time. We encourage all consumers impacted by this outage to stay tuned to our WhatsApp channel and social media pages for more information.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience as the team works safely and speedily to restore power.
