🔹 Replace Optimus’ steel frame and inner mechanisms with a hollow aluminum skin.
🔹 Inject all frames with, aluminum foam, like gap-filler foam, but aluminum metal.
Glass filled Nylon PA66 GF30 mold for the whole gear.
You’d get:
🧠 ~30% lighter structure
💰 ~$20 cost reduction per limb
💪 Bone-like resilience (flexes, doesn’t shatter)
☕ Strong enough for precision tasks, not car lifting
No degree. No lab. Just field logic.
