The Olympic Twerk Trials
Move over sprinters, swimmers, and synchronized divers, a new group is shaking things up on the world stage. This week, exotic dancers from around the globe have officially filed a petition demanding recognition of Exotic Dance as an Olympic sport for the 2028 Games.
The movement, called Pole2Gold, started right here in Nassau after a group of Bahamian dancers staged what they called the first-ever Twerk Marathon, a four-hour endurance performance judged on rhythm, creativity, and crowd control. Witnesses say the ground trembled so much that one tourist mistook it for a minor earthquake.
According to protest leader and self-proclaimed Head of the International Federation of Artistic Seduction, Lady Velvet Motion, If curling gets to be in the Olympics, why can’t we? Our sport requires balance, strength, flexibility, and a sprinkle of sass. That’s athleticism with soul.
The dancers marched through Rawson Square, glitter flying like confetti, chanting, We bend, we twist, we lift, we deserve the Olympic gift.
In a strange twist of folklore, locals say the spirit of Mama Lusha, the ancient Junkanoo queen who was known to dance until the moon blushed, appeared in the smoke of a nearby grill. She allegedly gave her blessing, declaring, Dance is dance, and rhythm is divine.
While the International Olympic Committee has yet to respond, rumors suggest Paris and Rio are already backing the idea. A leaked document mentions a proposed new event called the Freestyle Pole Relay.
Whether this becomes a real Olympic discipline or remains a shimmering fantasy, one thing is certain. Bahamian dancers have already won gold in spirit, creativity, and courage. It’s something that Magic City in Atlanta and the Rolex in Miami are in fully support of.
Would you tune in to watch the first ever Olympic pole vault, minus the pole, plus the glitter?

Please interpret my dream
Please interpret my dream
Good morning Bahama Drama please keep me anonymous. I had a strange dream last night and nobody in my family could not interpret it not even my friends so I was hoping that somebody here could.
So in the dream I was laying down next to some kind of fresh water sinkhole. The water in it was partially clear as I looked into and saw fresh water fish swimming in it and a good size like the ones that I used to catch as a teenager in the canal’s.
I saw Oscars fish also known as African brims about 8 inches long and thick enough for a frying pan. Someone else was standing behind me I don’t remember who but the person must have been someone that I knew in my dream.
So I reached down into the water with my right hand and slowly tried to grab the fish by the tail from the back and throw it onto the grass to my surprise with success.
The person behind me was stunned because all of the fish started coming into my hands without me actually sneaking up on them like I did with the first fish.
The next thing I know I was throwing all kinds of fish onto the grass including electrics eels and 2 lobsters.
I had like 10 fish in total because I remember counting them in my dream.
And then I woke up stomach growling 6AM something this morning.
What possibly could this dream mean?

The old Bahamian’s people used to say that, fish means baby and water if it dark is confusion, but if clear means calm in your life. I think that you should start buying Pampers because someone is pregnant and about to have a whole lot of children. As for the lobster and the eels, I don’t know what that means, but you said that they all came to you so, I don’t know.

I gah stand up for what’s mine
I gah stand up for what’s mine
Bahama Drama good night. Please keep me anonymous, ya hear? I read yuh post yesterday ’bout how hard t’ings were fer yuh two years ago in Exuma. Why yuh choose to suffer in silence, I don’t know. Well, in my case, my family kick me outta de house ’cause I was fed up bein’ bullied by my aunt who build de house where me an’ my cousins live. But it’s on generation property, so it ain’t really hers alone, ya know? I been tryin’ to tell her every time row day come, but she always take it like I’m bein’ disrespectful. All I’m doin’ is tellin’ de truth according to de law, ain’t no lie.
After readin’ yuh story, I decide to start savin’ up my weekly pay fer materials to start my own ganja farm in Cat Island, ’cause I didn’t wanna have it as bad as yuh did in Exuma. I got over a thousand seeds left from smokin’ an’ dividin’ sticks an’ seeds ovah de years. No lie, my breddah, ’bout a thousand seeds. Anudder t’ing I learn from yuh story is when yuh love people too much, yuh end up neglectin’ yuhself. So I’m lookin’ out fer myself dis time. Forget family. An’ Christmas comin’, I ain’t playin’ ’round. Everybody gettin’ my screw face from now till de new year.

I understand what you’re going through. When the people you love turn cold, it changes something deep inside of you. But sometimes you have to step outside of your own pain and look at the whole picture from a different angle. Not to excuse them, but to understand how everything reached where it did. That kind of reflection doesn’t come easy, but it helps you balance yourself. At the end of the day, you have to decide what peace looks like for you. Whether that means distance, silence, or forgiveness, just make sure whatever you choose builds you, not breaks you…

Haitian people
Haitian people
While Bahama Drama gets a whole lot of anti Haitian inbox Messages and stuff on a daily basis, note we will never post any of it, not just because 99 percent of it is bull shit and the other one percent is a couple of Haitians doing dumb shit just like every nationality does.
Look the truth is Bahama Drama grow up in Miami as a Bahamian with Haitians, Cuban’s and Mexicans all my young adult life including a few Japanese and South Korean people.
What I learned growing up in Carol City, Dade county is, everyone is full of shit at some point in their lives and no matter what their nationality is they all still bleed red.
So what I’m saying is that I ain’t hitting at everybody for dumb shit somebody ends up doing at the end of the day.
Oh and rich people doo doo still smells like shit as well.
Y’all please try your best to keep it 100% with others no matter where their from. I remember going outta town and everyone in the hood was using the same quote everywhere I went, the quote was, “that it’s not where your from, it’s where your respect is at.”
Bahama Drama doesn’t judge nobody, because I’ve been through hell and back, proving to God to have the faith like Job.
So God came down to meet me physically on a black cloud with blue 🔵 lights all around the center circle. The cloud was the size of a pro football stadium and it was as quiet as a still breeze.
The following early morning while l sleep under the porch next door a single angel in the form of lightning bowed down in front of me for 9 seconds on one knee. When the angel left, I could smell the electricity in the air strong. Those it was bright, I didn’t blink but stared at it with wonder asking myself why and what does it mean.
I have absolutely no feelings if anyone believes it or not, it’s my experience and my truth as a homeless man with nobody but God as a father and a friend.
That’s why even unto this day I could never let go of the God of worlds, my father and rescuer. And negative opinions about me don’t phase me to this day. Because I’ve been to the bottom and I know everything about it, and I’ve witnessed the physical presence of God, so I know who I belong too, there’s not even a 1% doubt inside of me even on my worst days.
You see when you start to live your life for the glory of people, and not your Creator, you’ve already died in your soul.

I entertained and made y’all laugh even throughout my struggles and suffering. Because I figured that, even if I couldn’t be happy myself, I could at least make y’all happy by giving y’all something to laugh about or talk about everyday. Plus I wanted to be friends with y’all as well, even though we may never meet. That hope, is how I made it through each day since, even now renting a room for 3 years now. It might not be a huge step to many, but its more than I had before. So to God I am grateful…
