Blowing things out of proportion

Blowing things out of proportion

Good morning Bahama Drama please keep me anonymous.

I’m a middle supervisor at a telecommunications office in Nassau.

I’ve been working here for over 5 years now and I know everyone here and they know me and how I like to joke around with the new staff

So earlier last month we had 2 new young ladies to join our team

so just to ease the tension off of them I tend to prank all new women lol but I mean no harm and everybody that works along with me knows that.

It’s just for fun and to get to know one another like a family.

As for the new guys my very funny coworker does something even funnier to them that has the whole office laughing including the new staff member most of the time’s lol.

It’s just a way to break the ice with knowing someone and them becoming more comfortable with others around the office environment.

As I was saying we had 2 young ladies that had just joined our team and one is from Freeport Grand Bahama who I rubbed my dick on first to see if she would jump lol.

She didn’t; she just kept on moving away lol. So I see she wasn’t going to give the office the big laugh that we was trying to get from her I moved on to the second new girl lol.

This was the funniest reaction at first but later she tried to spoil our office new staff members break in pranks by fighting me and threatening to notify corporate about she’s being sexually assaulted by me which everyone

that works here know that I’m gay and would never sexually assault anyone especially a woman. That’s why I don’t prank the new men like that.

What happened is as I rubbed against this junglist girl from some Haitian village area somewhere in Nassau the other staff says

she moved away the first 2 times and then grabbed me by my neck and started to assault me on the job in which I have witnesses.

She has been terminated for fighting on the job and is threatening to take legal action against me and the company.

I didn’t try to fight her back because I was already in shock from the first couple of blows she started throwing at me which end up knocking me off of my balance to the ground.

I think that a lot of people in this country are poor and out of a job because they can’t keep a job long enough and is make people who have

established themselves on a job feel like the new person isn’t a good fit for the establishment by the new person always complaining about everything that they meet going on at the new job.

Bahamians need to wise up that’s why foreigners are taking all of our jobs because they know how to fit in already.

Note: YOU first told Bahama Drama that this young women was Bahamian. Now your saying she live’s in a Haitian village; which one is it? Something don’t feel right with your story Sir sorry. Your looking for supporters it seems like.)

I don’t know which company that you work for but that was clearly sexual harassment that you engaged in with those new employees. Your wrong and your staff is also wrong for standing by and allowing this kind of behavior to continue in the work environment.
