Bahamian words I don’t understand

Good morning Bahama Drama I’m from Vancouver Canada and me and friends can’t get enough of your page. Keep up the great work.

But we’re all still trying to figure out what it means when people in the Bahamas say ” Your head must be jammed and the CYC initials”?

Can you please simplify?
