Our Love and Prayers for Lola Doll

September 10, 2025 | 2:10 PM

The Caribbean is in shock and sorrow today as news spreads that beloved artist and influencer Lola Doll remains in critical condition after being brutally shot outside her home in Georgetown, Guyana.

Reports confirm that Lola suffered serious wounds to her neck, face, hands, and leg, but despite the severity, she is still fighting for her life. Doctors are working around the clock, and her family is by her side, clinging to faith and hope.

This tragedy has left not only her family in anguish, but also her tens of thousands of followers, friends, and fans who adore her spirit, her artistry, and her boldness. Lola has been a bright light in the Caribbean entertainment world, and now that light is in danger of being dimmed too soon.

We at Bahama Drama extend our deepest love, strength, and prayers to Lola Doll, her family, and to the strong people of Guyana who are mourning and praying together. Caribbean sisters and brothers stand united with you during this dark hour.

Let it be known: the love she has poured into her community and her supporters is being returned tenfold, as prayers rise from across the region. We pray for healing, we pray for justice, and above all, we pray that Lola Doll pulls through this storm and rises again.

Stay strong, Lola. Stay strong, Guyana. The entire Caribbean is with you. 💛🙏🏾
