Please note there is no running water in this corner space because it could cause flooding in the room connected, which is another tenant’s living area. So you stay in your lane.

No pets and no children are allowed on the property at any time. We already have kids living here and want to keep the environment controlled and safe for everyone, my children loved to beat up other people’s children and I’ll probably help them.
