I posted my story about being attacked on the bus stop in another group and how it’s been exactly ONE YEAR since then and the police has still made no arrest.
I read some of the comments and people were saying its my fault and “snitches get stitches”.
It’s sad to see how your fellow Bahamians can try to make you feel so small.
Maybe I wasn’t clear about my job description so let me set the record straight here.
For y’all information it was my job to decide who to fire and who to hire but my supervisor wanted to help me in doing that.
We all know how it is when you already built a relationship with the staff and someone under the instructions of the actual boss comes to your department and is forced to make cuts.
It’s not my fault sis did not make the cut and its disgusting to see that instead of her turning herself in she is living her best life.
I have given the police all the information I had and still no arrest.
Its comments like those I read that forces Bahamians to not only be afraid to live here but to move to different countries because the treatment is so much better.
Nothing should justify a female attacking me!
Stop trying to make that a norm because it’s ugly.
If you’re gonna go around fighting people because they fired you then sweetie you have a lot to learn and a lot of growing up to do.
I am asking the Police Force to push harder and make an arrest.
I was discouraged in making a report at all because my best friend was attacked a few years ago by her ex and she is still waiting on an arrest to be made.
In the same way I have been scarred from catching the bus, she is scarred from dating certain men.
I did not come here to bash anyone, I came here to seek justice.

Good afternoon Bahama Drama please keep me anonymous.
I am about to be ordained as the new pastor for the church I attend and I am truly blessed to be given this privilege and lead God’s people.
But just like any other I am not perfect and I have done many things that are not of God.
Since the pandemic started I have been seeing this lady that sells her body for $40 because even though I consider myself to be a man of God I have needs and desires.
When we meet we have sex but we also pray and I help her to get closer to God.
She told me she never saw her self doing this but things have been really tough for her and it keeps a roof over her head and food on her table.
I been encouraging her to stop and seek God because he is our provider and he will deliver her from her circumstances.
Few weeks ago she got a nice office job and is doing very well for herself.
We continued to see each other and we have grown together spiritually and have created a beautiful bond.
On new years day I proposed to her and she said YES!
I want her to be the first lady but I don’t want the congregation to look down on her and treat her differently because of her past.
I have been praying to God and seeking his guidance on whether or not I should still assume the position as pastor but I have not received an answer.
Maybe I missed a sign from God?

I didn’t go to sleep but I did eat the conch snack.
Surprisingly he didn’t poison me or anything like that I felt so relieved.
In the morning before he went to work I ask him why was he so calm even though I cheated on him.
He said because he’s moving back to the family island with his wife because she is 6 months pregnant and wants to be there for his family.
My heart completely shattered. I was speechless.
How could he do this to me? I’ve wasted a whole year with him thinking that he could possibly be the one.
I stayed loyal to him longer than I expected and still a slap in the face.
Men really ain’t shxt!
Anyways, to get back at him I reached out to his lil brother for us to hook up again and he says he is in love with me and wants more than sex.
So he asked me to officially be his woman.
What should I say? Maybe I can start a family with him.
