Everyday I’m hustling

Good afternoon Bahama Drama please keep me anonymous. I’m a single father of 6 children and I sell anything that I can get my hands on to feed my kid’s and pay the bills.

Not to say that I sell drugs which I don’t for personal reasons but I’m not knocking anybody that does. But me I usually ask people in different locations where I no different kinds of trees is be can I take some of the fruit or plum off of their trees.

Sometimes they is let me get it for free and sometimes I is have to pay them. And sometimes people is run me and cuss me like dog for even asking about something in they yard.

All I want to do is survive and take care of my children which is my responsibility not social services or anybody else. My children’s mother have been trying to take my children away from me since we broke up over ten years ago with all kinds of court and lawyers

But through Jah I somehow is always win the case in court with no lawyer. When the Corona pandemic come to Freeport Grand Bahama that’s when things get tougher for everyone but me

for some strange reason trees started bearing more fruit then before and more and more people was eating natural and buying herbs and organic food from roadside people like me and then the then prime minister

enforcement people shut my business down talking fuck. So from that point I started back getting on my knees asking God for his help

and it seems like everyday I still couldn’t make any money or pay my rent and other bills but amazingly everytime I made it back home in

the evening empty handed my children had left over food on the stove waiting for me and whenever I called my landlord telling her that I wasn’t able to come up with the rent for another month

the landlord would tell me that she can’t talk right now because she was busy. And this continued for a whole year and one day I

decided to hang close to my apartment in the bushes to find out who’s bringing food to my kids and whose visiting my house when I’m out hustling.

As I sat in the bushes waiting and getting bite up buy hungry mosquitoes I saw a police car pull up in front of my apartment and a police man and woman get out the police car.

my heart was pounding now trying to remember which house or whose yard that I been to must of called the police on me for asking for they fruit.

Then the police man went to the back door of the car and the lady went to the back trunk of the police car and all I see is bags and bags of groceries being taken back and forward into my house by these strangers to me and my heart really was pounding even more

because then I thought that maybe my children mother have something to do with these police bringing groceries. Finally I built the courage

to come out the bush from the sidewalk side so it wouldn’t look like I just came out the bushes. I walked up to my door and greeted the offices introducing myself

and before I could finish introducing myself the lady officer said I know who you are Sir and so do many of the officer’s down at the station to who used to buy from you every day down on the corner by the light where you used to be a lot.

You see some of my coworkers were talking about you one evening when I was getting off saying

how there was this man who didn’t have much to offer the world but his yard picked good’s for sale, but he always left them with a good joke and a bible verse that always seemed to keep them through the day.

so this same officer said that he decided to run a background check on you and found that you had been to prison a few times in your pass and from what he could tell from seeing you everyday

that you have been out there trying to make a honest living for yourself and decided to pay you a visit at your residence to see how he could help but when he got to your house your 16 year old son said that you was to work.

So he said that he asked your son what kind of work do you do, and your son said that my daddy owns his own wholesale organic food company proudly with his chest sticking out and chin up smiling with a twinkle in his eye

And the officer said that he felt the presence of the holy Spirit rush through his bones shaking him up instantly.

He told the boy that the lord told him to give your son his last $100 dollars telling him to tell his daddy to buy some extra food for the house whenever he gets back home from work.

He said that the boy and his siblings told him that they were just asking God to let their daddy come home early today so that he can buy some food for the house because they were out of food.

That same officer told me about you and I went to see you for myself and I also brought from you a few times and I also felt the presence of the lord inside of you so for almost a year now me and my partners at the station have been gathering funds for food and rent for you ever since and it’s been a outstanding experience to witness God hand at work in someone’s life.

I started to cry and the female and male officer told me that when they told my landlord what they was doing for me almost a year ago the landlord said that she would forgo my rent until things got better for me and my family because I have a good spirit, so we’ve been paying all of your other bills with the lift over money and buying your children the things that they needed that’s why they haven’t been asking you to buy anything for them for so long.

In all of my life I’ve never imagined that total stranger’s especially police officers would ever go out of their way to care about a simple man like me. Most people look at me as a nobody, but these complete strangers at this police department saw something different in me. To God be the glory.

Real Superheroes in the Bahamas

Good morning Bahama Drama . I’m thinking about putting together a team of superheroes in Nassau and Grand Bahama to put an end to the gang culture and violent crimes against civilians.

What do you think Bahama Drama? I know that this sounds kind of crazy but I got my superpowers after I was bitten by a roach in the ghetto visiting this girl off Fort Fin castle on top of the hill some 5 months ago.

Some how after the roach bit me I’ve been able to see in the dark, hide in places that’s not humanly possible and left up objects ten times my own body weight. Can you explain that?

I even believe with my continued body metamorphosis that I’ll grow wings in the coming months and even possibly be able to take flight soon because there’s also something going on and in my back behind my shoulders some type of gummy cake is starting to appear there.

Within this short time I’ve avoided any kind of liquid to my body including bathing while this metamorphosis continues to take place.

But at first I didn’t believe what I was witnessing either so I went to doctors at princess Margaret Hospital but they couldn’t explain the phenomenon that was happening to my body all of a sudden either so I decided to go underground down the street through Mason’s edition where I’ve removed myself from the public’s eye until the completion of my team of superheroes and my metamorphosis.

So I’ve dug a hole underground and made many tunnels under the Saxons junkanoo shake where I can feel safe My hands have even changed its shape.

I’ve also heard of others like me a gentleman in in Grand Bahama Holmes Rock who something similar happened to him and he has the power to control the weather at anytime. WOW

I know that it may sound strange but all of this is real. There are people in the Bahamas that are showing up everyday with unnatural super abilities something that we call in the real world superhero abilities.

It is my belief that only them can save the Bahamas and maybe even the world soon. There’s also a woman in Abaco I heard of who is called Prayer Girl who’s abilities are God like.

Truly this is no time for disbelief or explaining how everyone got their powers and abilities. Instead it’s time to believe Bahamas. And this is only the beginning.

I guess you can call it part 1# The Calling.
