Lord this family needs a miracle

Green Turtle Cay true story
Bahama Drama please keep me anonymous. You know that a lot of Bahamians don’t even know how my island got it’s name originally I bet.
Well my great great grandparents told their children and their children told their children when they had their own families one day and my Mommy told me.
Well she said that before this piece of land we now call Green Turtle Cay was fully out of the ocean her great great grandparents use to come out here to fish every early morning.
She said one morning in the spring they had hooked something very strong and strange which at first they thought that it was just a big fish until they finally got the thing close enough to the sides of their small boat.
And to their amazement it was a little boy with a turtles shell on his back and my great great grandparents hook stuck in his mouth bleeding badly and crying to be let go.
My great great grandparents said instead of just letting him go right away though, they wanted to show their parents and the other towns people because no one would probably believe them that they had caught a boy that was half turtle. But the turtle boy continued to cry and beg to be released and promised
them that if they released him that he would grant them one wish each just like a genie does.
So the two kids who became great great grandparents of my grandparents made him swear by the sea that if they released him he would really keep his word in granting the two wishes to them.
So the both decided to release the little turtle boy and the turtle boy immediately disappeared under the waves of the sea and they didn’t see the turtle boy for two whole weeks until one morning he appeared with his head popping up above the sea wave’s
accompanied this time by other heads that were also popping up above the waves. He had brought along with him his whole family who had now come to meet us in the waters that would soon become Green Turtle Cay that same afternoon after the two children wishes were combined.
The turtle boy explained to them that he was a prince and his mother and father were the King & Queen of an underwater kingdom right next to the well known lost city of Atlantis which he said wasn’t really lost at all, but overpopulated to this very day.
Because of their ages the boy and the girl was at that time, she only wanted a nice place big enough to play, and that is what she wished for.
And the boy, he only wanted to remember the day that he caught a Green Tuttle who was also a prince come to find out.
And with their combined wishes, Green Turtle Cay rose out of the sea and became dry land enough land for the girl to play any of her girl games on.
And just as glorious for the boy to remember the Green Turtle boy that he had caught one morning fishing.
