Yawl Can Call Me the Weatherman
Bahama Drama Anonymous Superhero Confession
Good night Bahama Drama please keep me anonymous. We haven’t spoken in years, but I assume you remember us we sent you our stories. We’re not your average citizens. We are the ones some of y’all called myths. We are the Bahamian superheroes and I have something new to share.
For years, my only gift was the ability to control the weather. That alone should’ve been enough. I could pull clouds from nothing, shift winds, and whisper hurricanes back out to sea. But now… something’s changed. I can fly. Not in a dream. Not in a hallucination. I’m talking about actual flight sky walking over islands, looking down at the very waters that raised me. And what I’ve seen today broke me. The Bahamas. burning. Fires scorching through our beauty. Heat choking the land. And while the rest of the country watches and posts memes I’m not just watching.
I called for the rain. With every fiber of my being, I summoned the clouds. I whispered to the atmosphere. I didn’t just pray I activated. I pulled storm systems from nothing and dropped them over the islands.
Now listen, I know what you’re thinking “It’s just weather.” “Coincidence.” “A lucky rainy day.” Nah. I was told y’all would doubt me. That no matter what I do, no matter what miracles I perform most won’t believe me. They’ll say the rain came on its own. That thunder rolls every now and then anyway. But I’m here to say this: I did that.
I flew over this nation today, and I fought for us. I fought with wind and cloud. I summoned storms to protect my country. Even if you never believe it was me Even if y’all laugh. Even if the news never reports it I did it for my people. Call me crazy. Call me anonymous. But when it rains. call me The Weatherman.
This is not a joke. This is not a story. This is a mission.
I am real, and I am here to save The Bahamas.
The Weatherman
